I'm confused how blending the distance functions gets the blobby combination of square and circle. What exactly is happening? Is there a distance function for the square and one for the circle, and each gives us distance from camera to object that does what (what is that distance used for)? Is blending adding them together, and how does that result in the shapes on the slide?
f(x) := min(d_1(x), d_2(x)) instead?
@cat Yeah probably. (FYI you can use LaTeX here if you use $dollar signs$! Exciting yaa?)

i found the union one helpful
