Why do we multiply the probabilities by Ni as an approximation? If anything, shouldn't the probability be replaced by something like Ni / N?

Ni is the number of primitives in a leaf node. We assume all primitives have the same cost Cisect

Shouldn't the p term be applied to the large bbox not the ones of both children. I don't see how this recursive eqn works...
