I'm a little confused as to what this means by "Render each row of image at a different time (the predicted time photons will hit the eye)" In lecture, didn't you say the reason for the distortion (like the fan / plan propeller distortion) was due to rendering at different times? Is this trying to compensate for that distortion and if so how would you know at what time to render the different rows?

This seems interesting but it feels like it would require very very low latency and very accurate eye/head-tracking.
