If were rendering this image using the depth map produced from this image, how would we get the depth value in between these points of lights? Perhaps we could use linear interpolation, but that wouldn't, correctly calculate certain positions along the edge of the book.

@THWG, if you wear a suit like that, I believe that there would be a black area just like the stool in the image.
